Do not use in reef aquariums and note. Marine or freshwater use. I have also used cupramine in fact i am using it now not in home aquarium and i have not noticed it stressing my fish out. Do not use in conjuction with paraguard.

Im using cupramine on my 10g qt tank. This test kit works awesome. Considering that you have already added cupramine to your reef aquarium i would definitely follow the instructions 2 doses 2 days apart. Always have a copper test kit on hand.
